The Management Committee members volunteer their services to managing the IAIA.  The current officers are:

•    Reece Lamshed - Chair / Public Officer

Reece, a former 3RRR station manager, is now a multimedia educational consultant with extensive experience in content development and website design, particularly in education and training. Reece is a member of the RMIT University Media Program Advisory Committee, eWorks Elearning Advisory Group and Deakin University Masters of Arts: Creative Enterprise Academic Advisory Board.

•    Val Eimutis - Founding Member

Val also worked at 3RRR as marketing and promotions manager then as national sales and marketing manager with independent music distributor Mds. This lead to his founding in 1999 of 2hot2dance.com a multi award nominated dance music / media / entertainment web destination. Since 2002 he has managed his own company - re_fresh - specialising in custom web application development, design solutions, project management and consulting.

•    Paul Minty - Founding member

Paul has an engineering background, managed his own company Mintleaf for many years that specialised in high end website production.
