Information Architecture Institute Australia (IAIA) was founded in 2008 to further the profession of information architecture in Australia.
Information architecture adds value to information across a wide variety of industries: entertainment, education and training, publishing, media and marketing.
Information Architecture Institute Australia welcomes members who:
- use the discipline of information architecture in their professional careers
- are practising information architects
- are engaged in the study of information science, information engineering, library science and related fields of study.
Information Architecture Institute Australia is currently initiating projects to: further the study of complex information in its digital form; pursue the ongoing education of professional information architects and promote information architecture in information-rich industries.
